Agreement

These terms govern your use of praxisfounders.com and any participation in the Praxis Founders mentorship program. By using this site, submitting a form, or joining the program, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the program is

Praxis Founders is an educational mentorship program. It provides teaching, feedback, and access to a private community. It is not an investment manager, a placement agency, or a guarantee of any business outcome, and we do not run your store or your ad accounts for you.

Eligibility and applications

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to take part. Applying does not guarantee a spot. We review each application and may accept, decline, or withdraw an offer at our discretion, and we may remove access from anyone who misuses the program or its community.

Fees and payments

Any fees, payment schedule, and refund terms that apply to you are set out in the agreement or checkout you complete when you join. Please read that document, since it controls the money terms between us. Amounts shown anywhere on this site are for illustration and are not an offer until your agreement is signed.

No earnings guarantee

Nothing on this site is a promise that you will make money. Examples, screenshots, and results we share are real experiences from particular people in particular markets and are not typical. Your outcome depends on your product, your market, your budget, your execution, and things outside anyone's control. We make no guarantee of income, profit, sales, or ad performance.

Not professional advice

Content we share is for education only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or investment advice. Before acting on anything, consider getting advice from a qualified professional in your situation.

Your conduct

In our community and calls, you agree not to harass, abuse, spam, discriminate against, or threaten other members; not to share confidential material or other members' information without permission; and not to use the program to promote your own offers, run affiliate links, or resell our materials without written approval. We may end access without a refund for conduct that damages the program or its members.

Materials and ownership

The lessons, prompts, templates, videos, and other materials we give you are ours and are licensed to you for your own personal use in your business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share them outside the program. You keep full ownership of your store, your brand, your ad accounts, and everything you create.

Third parties

We rely on outside services such as Typeform (applications), Zapier (form delivery), Wistia (videos), Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only with your consent), and platforms like Meta, Shopify, and TikTok. Their terms and policies apply to your accounts with them, and we are not responsible for their actions, outages, or policy changes.

Ending your participation

You may stop taking part at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms, if payment fails, or if continuing would harm other members. Where a refund is owed under your agreement, that agreement sets how it is handled.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Praxis Founders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or the program. Our total liability for anything related to the program is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes to the terms of an active program will be raised with current members rather than only posted here.
