Praxis Founders ("we", "us") runs praxisfounders.com, an ecommerce mentorship program. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site (such as our free prompt downloads, waitlist, or application), we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you provide. We use this to send you what you requested, contact you about the program, and evaluate applications.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve our website and services. This usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Clarity only runs after you click "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner. Advertising cookies stay off. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run our business, including our website hosting and database provider, Typeform (applications), Zapier (moving form submissions into our tools), Wistia (videos), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only with consent). They process your information only to provide their services to us.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and stay in touch with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of further contact, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
